3 months agoThis place needs more recognition! Museum of Contemporary Art — what a beautiful art museum showcasing young local talents. Man, we need more of this! I loved how nice and peaceful the space was. It wasn’t just about aesthetics — as someone from the creative field, I felt genuinely happy seeing a place like this. Entry: RM10 per person. Remark for management – For the children’s art section, please consider adding their names. They deserve the credit!

a month agoHonestly, I wasn't expecting to encounter such a pretty museum here in Kuantan. Heck, I was throughly waiting to be disappointed at first, especially since I used to visit Muzium Negara over at Kuala Lumpur last year but surprisingly, this one stacked up pretty well, particularly with the incredible vibe that was offered in the middle building. Also enjoyed the amazingly crafted greenery there, and I was extremely taken aback (in a good way) upon visiting the library. The place was so comfortable that I don't feel like leaving at all. Thanks a lot for the amazing maintenance you guys had done. I think the cost of Rm10 per adult is clearly worth it.

2 months agoThe building have english classical structure, with white exterior. Many couples took wedding pictures here. The ticket fee is only RM10 as there are only few showrooms available but the rate is expected to increase once the other showrooms finished their renovations. You can pay through cash or QR, There are plenty of parking space. Do note that break time starts from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, we arrived at 12.00pm but still was not allowed to enter. There's Luth cafe opposite of the museum where you can chill while waiting for the museum to open. If you have a baby, use baby carrier instead of stroller since there are stairs. We had a great experience here, there weren’t many people making it feel like a personal art gallery, every showroom have a seating space to take in the vibe. Worth it 👍🏻 kudos to the mgmt, just wish they add more pieces in the showroom July 2025: new showrooms available kyahhhh! The entrance fee is still the same some of the pieces are still in progress

3 months agoWe visited the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) and it was such a great experience! Everything was impressive, the exhibits, the atmosphere & the rooms were all comfortably air-conditioned. Totally worth the RM10 entrance fee. We spent around 1–2 hours exploring the museum and there was so much to see. It’s definitely a must-visit spot for art lovers! MOCA showcases a wide range of contemporary artworks from local and international artists. You’ll find paintings, sculptures, mixed media pieces, and digital art that reflect modern themes; from personal identity and social issues to cultural heritage and abstract concepts. The museum is designed to make you think, feel and sometimes even interact with the art. Each room offers a different vibe and story, making the visit a truly inspiring journey through today’s artistic landscape.
