A special thank you to Johan, whose gracious welcome and the check-in team who set the tone for an exceptional stay. The restaurant staff and chefs deserve high praise – every meal was a delight, crafted with care and served with sincere smiles. Their attention to detail and passion for what they do truly elevated the dining experience. The villa itself was nothing short of a sanctuary – peaceful, beautifully designed, and the perfect space to unwind. Every element was thoughtfully curated, offering both comfort and luxury in equal measure. This hotel is a rare gem where hospitality is not just a service, but a heartfelt experience. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and waiting for my next visit.

I just stayed there for two nights and I promise I won't be back. It's not worth it at all. The resort's facilities are extremely outdated, and the staff are unprofessional. They'll probably close within three years, especially their marketing staff, Mohan and Gizelle, who should be laid off as soon as possible. But why am I still giving it 4 stars? There's only one reason: these 4 stars are for the F&B staff, Encik Shafiq. If he didn't work at the resort, I'd give it 0 ⭐

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Mangala Estate Boutique Resort. The resort is surrounded by a peaceful and beautifully landscaped environment, perfect for those looking to relax and escape from the city. The atmosphere was quiet and serene, offering a refreshing connection with nature. The Lakeside Restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was delicious, served in generous portions, and the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. Dining by the lake was a pleasant experience. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of. A thoughtful touch we appreciated was the provision of umbrellas for guests, which came in handy during unexpected showers or big sunny day. Another pleasant surprise was the resort's willingness to assist with our electric vehicle. While there is no dedicated EV charger on-site, the staff kindly allowed us to charge our car for a short while at their shuttle bus charging station using our own universal mobile connector. Nature lovers will especially enjoy the variety of animals around the resort. We spotted birds and squirrels during our walks- an experience that made the stay even more enjoyable. We also joined for the morning nature walk led by Mr. Wan, who was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for nature made the tour both educational and engaging. There were a few minor downsides. The resorts currently does not have a dedicated EV charging station, though alternatives are available nearby. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, but the room was thoughtfully equipped with mosquito repellent incense tablets. Additionally, the TV channels were limited, and the signal occasionally dropped during heavy rain. Despite these small issues, our overall experience at Mangala Estate was outstanding. It's a perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and a touch of nature.

This is my third time staying here and it’s always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the private pool is a great touch, and the privacy makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Looking forward to coming back again!
