Great location at Cherating, what a beautiful spot. Off the beaten track but good clean hotel and rooms, great views and good breakfast. Just stayed the one night but very glad we did get to see the local area. The hotel is fine, rooms a little old but still in good shape & you are right on the beach.

Great Location, Disappointing Facilities. I stayed in the Family Villa. The beach is truly beautiful, and the villa is comfortable, although it is showing signs of age. The bathtub was stained yellow, which made it uncomfortable to use. For the price charged, the facilities should be upgraded — or the rates adjusted accordingly. The swimming pool was unfortunately very dirty, which made it unpleasant to use. Breakfast, which was mainly local dishes, was disappointing. Although it is stated to start at 7:00 am, nothing was ready on time. I had to wait for nasi dagang until 8:13 am, and the taste was not satisfactory. The beach area has no seating or umbrellas provided for guests, which was surprising for a resort of this level. Providing these basic facilities would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, the location and view are lovely, but the value for money is not there. Improvements in cleanliness, facilities, and service timing are needed.

Location wise is good because you can easily access to the beach. Fast check in. Friend service bt the hotel staff. The chalet environment is clean. The queen bed chalet not sound proof at all, you can clearly hear people chit chat, furniture moving & kids jumping from upper floor while we try to sleep early. Room size, bathroom, bed & pillow is ok. Breakfast buffet is just ok. Open vehicle parking without tarmac. Overall base on my experience, all ok.

Pleasantly surprised with the chalet (note this is not the villas). The entrance, the front desk and the cafe was nothing to shout about. It was simple and clean. That's it. However I really like the room, for the price we paid (250+ with breakfast) it's really value for money. The room have separate living area with two seater sofa, TV, small fridge and the usual mineral water and instant coffee. Then you have your bedroom with queen size bed and a separate toilet that you can access from living area or bedroom. Water heater, iron and ironing board also being provided. Easy access to the beach is a plus point for me. Too bad there are no swimming pool.
