3 weeks agoNice place to stay in Kuantan. The room is nice and big, internet here is fast and reliable. Didn’t like the view I’m getting (next building view) and the corridor (without a/c). Breakfast is quite nice here. Location is very good and parking is easy to find. Overall, good. Price is also reasonable. Would say, I’d recommend this hotel.

2 weeks agoStay 2 nights. The good. Rooms are big. Aircon thermostat actually works. The bad. Hotel lifts. There are 5. I was on Floor 14. It takes forever to get a lift. It appears that only 1 or 2 lifts are actually working. Extremely frustrating. After waiting 10 minutes for a lift from Floor 14, the lift stops at every floor on the way down. Will not stay here again in future. Will look for alternative. Definitely not a 5 star facility.

3 weeks agoThis is a 5-star hotel. The rooms are big. U hv the biggest shopping mall across the road. Can shop till u drop. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. U can hv a relaxing time staying here too

a month agoFor a hotel that the cheapest room cost 400 per night, all i can say that the customer service is below a 5 stars level. First of all check in process agak lama even xramai orang. Then i cant use my card to scan in the lift, and the front desk staff just say card okay je cuba try lift lain lain likeee kena cakap lebih sikit baru reti nak tukar the card. Ada pulak suruh kita main try try lift. And then the worse one is when i order the in room dining service. I ordered the RM45 fish and chips. Tapi masa tengah makan there is a big fishbone nasib baik tak tercekik. Call back the kitchen to complain, the response that i get is only “sprry, itu je ke?” Likeee not even a proper proper apology. Teruk betul customer service for a 5 stars hotel. The only staff yang bagi saya good experience was the guy who bring my stuff up je yang for me the best. The fact that i wrote this while im still in the hotel room meaning i am so pissed off for the fact that i almost tercekik tulang ikan

a month agoThe lift system completely ruined the experience - the waiting time was at least 10 minutes (not an exaggeration). The elevators are poorly designed with zero intelligence: people on each floor have to press every button just to get a lift, and it doesn't efficiently pick up passengers by floor. Ten minutes is the minimum; we personally waited 15 minutes. Those who are more physically fit simply gave up and took the stairs. The worst part is that when you raise this issue at the counter, the staff treat it as completely normal. Honestly, giving 2 stars is me being reasonable.
