in the last week- The air conditioner was noisy, and the controller screen was not visible, making it hard to adjust settings. - There was a strong cockroach smell coming from the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. - Water pressure and the hot/cold water function were good, no issues there. - I requested a room near the lift due to a slip disc condition, but the room assigned was quite far from the lift. - The room view was disappointing as it was facing a wall. I hope the hotel management can take note of these for future improvements. Thank you.

2 months agoSure! Here's the plain review text you can easily copy and paste—no header or closing: First time staying here. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but there was a slight smell—possibly from previous guests smoking. The towels looked quite worn and greyish, maybe due to overuse or cleaning issues. Hope the management can improve on this. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. location ok it about 6-7KM to town center.

3 weeks agoNot only it has tax deposit of RM 6. Booked the twin room and ending up getting a queen size room that is super small. The hygiene of the bathroom is horrid sometimes have smell of pee whenever entered. Even the shower water from the bathroom is so small it can be compared with the water from the sink. The bed causes small red bumps around my body and the pillow looks old too. Overall this facility looks old and unprofessional at all. Do not recommend staying here.

2 months agoLet me tell you about my worst ever experience staying at this hotel. - I arrive at 4.30PM 28/06/2025 to check in but the room were not ready yet & asked by receptionist to wait at lobby. I complaint how the room were not ready yet as we arrive 2 hours after initial check in time. At 5.00PM say room were ready & staffs said that my room hv been upgraded but when go to the room, room were not ready yet. Go down again to the lobby with my pregnant wife just to have to wait another 15 minutes more then room is ready. When arrive at the room, it is the same as the initial booking & were not upgraded at all. The upgraded promise by staffs before were only to shut up the guest complaints. Before this I never have this problem when check in other hotels. - Kudos to the male staff repeatedly say sorry & try to calm me down. but please take actions on the female staff that saying the room hv been upgraded just to run from the problem itself. - The room were very bad in soundproofing where we can hear all kinds of noise outside of the room. - Apart from all the problems, the breakfast were decents. I have very good breakfast experience & feels invited by all the staffs in the morning.
