Berjaya Megamall

Kitty and I visited Berjaya Megamall during our Kuantan holiday, hoping for a pleasant shopping and dining experience. Having previously explored Kuantan City Mall and East Coast Mall, we were curious to see what Berjaya Megamall, with its established reputation, had to offer. The mall's location is convenient, and it's clearly a sizeable space with a good range of shops and services. We visited on the fourth day of Chinese New Year, which may have contributed to a slightly quieter atmosphere than usual, with some shops remaining closed. Kitty enjoyed browsing in Watsons, and we noted that there were a variety of other stores catering to different needs. While we didn't explore all the dining options, we did observe a few restaurants that looked promising. While we didn't have time to investigate the go-karting or cinema, their presence does suggest that Berjaya Megamall aims to offer a broader entertainment experience. We did feel that the upper levels could benefit from increased occupancy to create a more vibrant atmosphere throughout the mall. Overall, Berjaya Megamall offers a reasonably good shopping experience in Kuantan. While it may not be the most exciting or modern mall, it provides a convenient location for a range of shops and services. We sincerely hope that Berjaya Megamall will introduce new activities or attract new tenants to revitalise the space for the benefit of Kuantan residents. At present, we would recommend East Coast Mall as the more vibrant shopping centre in Kuantan, but Berjaya Megamall still has something to offer.

Berjaya Megamall (Kuantan): It's Okay, But Could Be More Exciting! Donkey and I were on holiday in Kuantan, and we decided to check out Berjaya Megamall. We'd already hit up Kuantan City Mall and East Coast Mall, so we wanted to see what this established mall was all about. The location is pretty convenient, and it's definitely a big mall with a decent variety of shops and services. We went on the fourth day of Chinese New Year, so maybe that's why it felt a little quieter than usual, and some of the shops were closed. I had fun browsing around in Watsons, and we saw a bunch of other stores that seemed to have something for everyone. We didn't really have time to try out any of the restaurants, but we noticed a few that looked promising. It was cool that they had a go-karting place and a cinema, even though we didn't get a chance to check them out. It makes it seem like Berjaya Megamall wants to be more than just a shopping center. We did think that the upper levels could use some more stores to make the whole mall feel more lively. All in all, Donkey and I thought Berjaya Megamall was an okay place to shop in Kuantan. It might not be the most modern or exciting mall, but it's easy to get to and has a decent selection of stuff. We really hope that Berjaya Megamall adds some new activities or attracts some new stores to freshen things up for the people living in Kuantan. Right now, I'd say that East Coast Mall is the more fun and lively shopping center, but Berjaya Megamall still has something to offer. Google Rating: - Shops: 3/5 - A reasonable variety of shops and services. - Location: 4/5 - Easy to get to. - Entertainment: N/A - Didn't try the go-karting or cinema. - Atmosphere: 3/5 - Could be more lively, especially on the upper floors. - Value: 3/5 - Depends on what you're looking to buy. - Overall: 2/5 - A decent shopping experience, but not the most exciting mall in Kuantan.

Although not much shops there. But you ca find go karts and cool Japanese stuffs there.

Big mall, currently under refurbishing. Most shops are closed. Saving grace is the aircon and McDonald’s. And for goodness sake please lubricate the sliding glass door at main entrance.

Actually an old establishment and reliable one..they even can deal on whatsapp and helpful.. strap change and battery change all can be done with a good price
