3 months agoThe hotel room very clean and comfortable, strategic location.. Easy access to a lot of restaurant and cafe nearby. Behind the hotel got river with nice walkway and ni a landscape. Near to. Masjid Negeri also, walking distance within 5 minutes only. One of my favourite hotel in kuantan. Breakfast available, simple and nice also.

a week agoBreakfast was generous and satisfying. I initially thought the dining hall was upstairs, but it’s actually on the ground floor. The kitchen upstairs (with a view of the tower) is only accessible by reservation. The room window faces another room, but it still allows natural light in. The bathroom is a bit cramped, so the shower door can’t fully close. Bath soap & shampoo provided but no toothbrush & toothpaste. WiFi is fast, and the room comes with a prayer mat and kiblat direction, plus a mini fridge.

3 months agoStayed her for 3D2N. The location is strategic close to shop, eateries and key attraction just perfect for leisure family traveler. The room was medium size, clean and comfortable with all basic amenities provided. The price was affordable and budget friendly place. However, one downside was poor soundproofing , conversation or noise from inside the room could be heard from hallway.

a month agostrategically located in the city center area, it’s very close to ECM — within walking distance to Kuantan Tower and popular viral cake shops and cafes. There are also plenty of eateries downstairs. This hotel offers rooftop dinner starting from 5 PM to 10 PM, if I’m not mistaken. The food is decent and tasty, offering both Western and Eastern cuisines, though the menu is rather standard. It comes with free breakfast at the café on the ground floor next to the lobby. The space is quite small, and the menu is just okay. The pau (steamed buns) and cakes could use improvement — they taste like they were bought from a shop and taken out of the freezer. The deluxe room is approximately 300 sqft in size, clean and tidy. It comes with an Android TV, but the soundproofing is quite weak, similar to a budget hotel. There are two small lifts servicing up to the 6th floor

5 months agoLocation excellent, friendly, helpful n attentive staff, room is not clean, tower worn n old, toilet dirty as shown in photo, lots of holes on wall. Dust all over the room n ironing board spoil. Carpet dusty n aircond filter not clean, however it is still cold.
