Overall, the hotel was good, but there is still room for improvement. It would be better if the hotel had a swimming pool for guests to enjoy, especially since it’s not directly facing the sea and the beach nearby is in a cove. These facilities would make the stay more fun and relaxing, especially for families. The buffet breakfast also didn’t have many choices, which was a bit disappointing. More variety would make the meal more enjoyable. On the bright side, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant.

Been here for family vacation during 18-19Oct. What I can say - great hospitality! The staffs were so good, friendly and helpful. Even through our car. Need to be parked downhill at the guardhouse area, the good side is their buggies operates 24h, so no worries to commute from outside to inside the resort. Food were awsome! Their pulut kuning and rendang daging served during breakfast was perfectly cooked and so nostalgic! Our room - Ocean Suit 308. But the bed is not superking bed size, just normal king size I guess. Complimentary food - keropok! That’s the main highlight for visiting pantai timur 🩵 Awsome experience. Will come again next time!!

I stayed at this chalet from October 13 to 17, 2025. The room was decent, but the air conditioning in the living area didn’t work properly. The floor looked old, and the design felt outdated. The breakfast menu was okay, though the selection was quite limited. Overall, the chalet was just average for me. I also stayed in a villa for one night. The villa had one bedroom, but it was quite small and felt cramped with two single beds. In the living area, there was one queen bed. The villa had two bathrooms — one inside the bedroom and another in the living area, which included a bathtub. It also featured a balcony facing the sea, offering a beautiful and peaceful view with the relaxing sound of the waves. The breakfast menu for the villa stay was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes from Western to local cuisine.

Location wise is good because you can easily access to the beach. Fast check in. Friendly service by the hotel staff. The chalet environment is very clean. The queen bed chalet not sound proof at all, you can clearly hear people chit chat, furniture moving & kids jumping from upper floor while we try to sleep early. Room size, bathroom, bed & pillow is ok. Breakfast buffet is just ok. Open vehicle parking without tarmac. Overall base on my experience, all ok.

A best place for a short trip away from the city & works. The room is good (quite small since I checked in chalet). Clean & tidy room. Everythings great especially the location is walking distance to a panoramic and clean beach. Have a lots of cafe & restaurant in vicinity. Nearby is the villas. One day will check in the villa.
