2 weeks ago👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Very disappointed with the room service. My room is 1017. 1. No tagging for “housekeeping service@cleaning”. 2. Has requested for room housekeeping every morning. I requested directly at the receptionist for 2 days directly, still no room housekeeping. Not sure for upcoming days, because i update this review in the mid of my stays. 3. Got cockcroach egg on the bed.

a month ago- The air conditioner was noisy, and the controller screen was not visible, making it hard to adjust settings. - There was a strong cockroach smell coming from the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. - Water pressure and the hot/cold water function were good, no issues there. - I requested a room near the lift due to a slip disc condition, but the room assigned was quite far from the lift. - The room view was disappointing as it was facing a wall. I hope the hotel management can take note of these for future improvements. Thank you.

2 weeks agoShort Stop Enroute. Verdict. Not too bad. Sleepable. There are other more economical options which we can try. For its price, it definitely was more expensive than the airline affiliated brand and I believe the airline affiliated brand offers more than this.

3 months agoSure! Here's the plain review text you can easily copy and paste—no header or closing: First time staying here. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but there was a slight smell—possibly from previous guests smoking. The towels looked quite worn and greyish, maybe due to overuse or cleaning issues. Hope the management can improve on this. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. location ok it about 6-7KM to town center.

3 weeks agoI love the room. Bedsheet clean and blanket is clean and fresh.I come not for holiday, i just need do some work and using a laptop, unfortunately the wifi only can be access at lobby.Please do something, do not let this happen to others. Thank you
