3 weeks agoWe had a pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan. The staff were excellent—special thanks to Mr. Erfan at reception who was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, well-stocked, and offered great local options (I tried Gulai Ikan Terengganu for the first time—so tasty, no strong smell, and not too spicy). The only unusual part was our Deluxe Ocean View room location. Instead of a hotel corridor, the access was through the parking area with a designated parking spot. At first, it felt a bit odd and less secure, but the reception assured us of 24/7 CCTV and security. Overall, the room was super clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view. A nice and unique experience! 🌊✨

a month agoThe room was big and had all the things I needed. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was perfect. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and the hotel is also near many famous local food spots. Overall, it was a good stay and really worth the price. I would stay here again!

a week agoI have no complaints about the room and location. Only the in-room dining service was terrible. I ordered a Caesar Salad. It took an hour to complete and deliver my order. Plus, the main portion that should have been in the salad, as stated on the menu, was missing. This shouldn't happen for a simple menu order!

2 months agoThis is a condominium building turns into a hotel (one block hotel another is the Imperium Condo). The room is spacious, it is a studio house - equipped with kitchen counter and island. Facilities are cool - large swimming pool with kids pool and playground. There is some vibes of a true hotel - mini refrigerator, TV, safe box etc. However, the most disappointing part is when I ordered in house dining, I expected they will serve in a plate, but it was NOT. They serve just like grab order (with hotel price of course!) Anyhow, it is still an enjoyable stay!

2 months agoWe stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan for 2 nights and 3 days. And it was such a great experience! The room was super comfortable and I especially loved that it had a ceiling fan. As someone who can’t stand cold air-conditioning, I didn’t even need to turn the AC on. The fan was more than enough! All the facilities were complete and convenient & very comfortable overall. Breakfast was delicious with so many varieties to choose from. Everything was so enjoyable that I honestly feel like I could stay here forever 🥲 Definitely worth repeating and highly recommended! However, one downside. We were quite disappointed to find out we didn’t get breakfast on our last morning, even though we stayed for 2 nights. When we asked, they simply said no breakfast was included, which felt a little disheartening.
